The Government of Saudi Arabia has announced a stern warning against visitors coming for Umrah 1443 without a valid permit. Thereby, threatening punishment on offenders.
This development is following the announcement earlier made by the Government of Saudi Arabia that no visitor will be granted entry into Saudi Arabia for Umrah 1443 without a valid permit which shall be the only recognized proof of identification.
Islam NG, on Monday morning, gathered, in an announcement by the custodian of the two sacred mosques, that, The permit will be checked and verified on a certain software application, whereas any victim who breaches the warning will be punished with a fine of 10, 000 Riyal.
The statement reads; “Anyone who is caught coming to perform Umrah without a permit will be punished with a fine of 10,000 riyals.”
“Permit will be checked & verified
in Tawakkalna and Eatmarna app by matching it by the national ID Card, Iqama, passport Number or border number at the time specified in the permit.”
