1. Be A Better Muslim

The wife can do simple things such as waking up her husband to pray at Fajr, take him to read Quran together, and many more.

Doing those good deeds may bring a wife to be a better Muslim than before. That can be one of the ways on how to make the marriage stronger in Islam.

In the Holy Qur’an surah An Nisa verse 125 says;

“And whoever does good deeds, whether male or female, while he believes, they will enter Paradise and they will not be wronged in the slightest.” (QS 4: 125)

2. Be More Grateful

Being a good wife is correlated to the gratefulness you have towards what you have until now. Realizing so many grants from Allah that uncounted for wife and her husband makes wife should be more grateful.

Be more grateful will not only help you but your husband and your family as well.

Moreover, it is already mentioned in the Quran surah Ar-Rum verse 21 below;

“And among His (greatness) signs is that He created partners for you from your own kind, so that you may tend to and feel at ease with them, and He has created between you love and compassion. Indeed, in that, there are indeed signs (of Allah’s greatness) for a people who think.” (QS 30:21)

3. Be A Respectful Wife

Being a respectful wife can be one of the good deeds to makes your husband happy. Your husband may need to know where you are, what are you doing, and who with the whole day while your husband is not around.

You can also make some Dua for newlywed in Islam to support your respectful act towards your husband. Telling you everything you do whether your husband is not around is a good deed that you can do. That can be one of the ways to be a respectful wife, which can help you to be a good wife for your husband.

Quran surah An Nisa verse 34 says;

“Men (husbands) are protectors for women (wives), because Allah has favored some of them (men) over others (women), and because they (men) have provided a living from their wealth. So pious women are those who obey (to Allah) and take care of themselves when (her husband) is not around because Allah has taken care of (them).” (QS 4: 34)

4. Listen To Your Husband

Listen to your husband in a good way can be one of the ways for you to be a good wife.

As mentions in the Quran An Nisa verse 34, the husband should give some pieces of advice so that his wife obeys him in a good way.

“The women you worry about Nusyuz, you should advise them, leave them in bed (separate beds), and (if necessary) beat them. But if they obey you, then do not look for reasons to trouble them. Indeed, Allah is Most High, Most Great.” (QS 4: 34)

5. Avoid Bad Deeds

Is it allowed in Islam to celebrate your wedding anniversary? Well, it can be one of the good deeds you can do with your husband. Instead of doing a bad deed, avoid one can be a good way by doing a good one such as celebrating your anniversary.

To be a good wife for your husband is correlated to avoid bad deeds that bring you into sin for you and your husband by making some Dua strengthen your marriage. That can be a good way so that you will have a happier life with your husband.

Moreover, minimizing doing bad deeds towards your husband can keep your marriage lasting forever. Besides, Allah may grant you and your husband a Jannah because of that good deed and capable to avoid types of Talaq in Islam.

Quran surah An Nisa verse 31 says;

“If you stay away from major sins among the sins that are forbidden to do, We will certainly erase your mistakes and We will enter you into a noble place (heaven).” (QS 4: 31)
